Free Realm Exploit? (Resolved)
Hello Sir/Madam,
So yesterday I opened up Minecraft Bedrock on PlayStation 4 and got a notification that stated that my realms subscription had ended. Confused, I went to renew it as I thought it was a monthly subscription I had signed up for. I went to edit my realm to renew it, went to subscriptions, and accidently went to "Add 10-player realm" as my realm hadn't loaded in yet to manage (I didn't know I had to wait for it to load in, I only discovered this later).
I agreed to the terms and everything, thinking it would renew it, but I realized in the process that it was making a new realm instead. So I backed out of the Realms Plus menu and back to the world selection/realm selection menu only to find I now have 2 realms instead of 1. The new realm came up as my username's realm, so it wasn't a copy of my original one. I thought maybe the transition went through even though I didn't go to the Playstation Store, but I looked at my transaction history, my services, and my emails to see if I accidently brought another realm and got no such notification, not even in junk mail. However, I did notice that the automatic renew did happen with my main realm by an email, so payment for that one was taken after all, even though I was told on Bedrock that it wasn't.
If this wasn't a one time thing, I believe this might be an exploit that needs addressing. I don't want to get into trouble for something that was an accident, and I don't want others taking advantage of this. I have closed the second realm for now as I didn't pay for it as far as I'm aware.
If I just made some kind of mistake, I apologize, but I'm confident this is an exploit that needs addressing.
Thank you for taking time to read this.
Update: Also, I forgot to mention I don't recall having many Tokens at the time, not enough to make a new realm anyway.
