No one can join my realm

No one has been able to join my realm since Saturday afternoon. Whenever we try to join, we get this screen: 

We had issues when realms were down on Friday (1/8) but then things were fine until Saturday. I’ve looked on DownDetector and Twitter and it seems like this is an issue that only my realm is having.
