I or anyone cant join the realm ive paid for.

I paid for a realm and whenever i or anyone tries to join it says to check my internet connection, this could be seen as a reason why it isnt working except the fact that im in an xbox party and not seeing any connection issues whatsoever. So its the game for sure.
