Realms issues

When trying to join my realm I keep getting the error Please check your connection to the internet please try again. It doesn't matter what account on my xbox I use it still brings up the same error. Everyone else in the realm can join fine. If I try any of my xbox accounts on my phone and try to join the realm same error.

It started when I was in the nether on a strider when I disconnected from my xbox voice chat and the realm. After that I couldn't join at all. If I download the realm world I die, because I am in the lava and can't get myself out.
