Can't connect to world

I have downloaded Minecraft to my laptop which is windows 10, my nintendo switch and my cell phone. I am getting the same issue on all three "can't connect to world" or "can't connect to world. Please check your internet connection" 

 

I downloaded JAVA, I also make sure I am allowed to join other's world. but it does not change. I am not able to connect to my friends world ,I can't even load my own Realm. Can you please help me with this.
