Stuck on Building Terrain while logging into realms WHEN I'M NOT THE REALM OWNER

Allow me to start this with that THIS IS NOT THE SAME ISSUE AS REALMS-5465!!!

I am not the owner of the realm, I have no access to the back end of the world map. I simply am just stuck on the building terrain screen when logging in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling SEVERAL TIMES, I've logged in and out multiple times, deleted the save data, clear cache you name it I've done it. Nothing has worked and all I've found even when people claim the same issue as me is a link to REALMS-5465 which I have no control over. AGAIN I AM NOT THE OWNER OF THE REALM I AM A MEMBER STUCK IN BUILD TERRAIN WHEN LOGGING IN I CANNOT CHANGE THE WORLD FILE!!!!
