Replacing World - Failed to find a place to upload world.

I have been able to do this in the past but not working today. I am trying to replace my world with a backup map and I keep getting error "failed to find a place to upload your world. Maybe check your internet connection?"

I have tried over wifi and wired in (disabled wifi while wired). Still not working.
