My Realm is not letting me or my 8 friends join keeps saying can’t connect to realm

Hi I have a realm that has 10 players we where able to connect last night then I got a message this morning from one of my members saying she can’t connect so I tried and I got the same message please try and fix problem 

 

also we love the realm cross platform abi
