I cannot open or sign into my microsoft account on nintendo switch

Yesterday I got disconnected from the realm while playing and then when i start to play i wait for my microsoft account to open and it doesnt load or ask me to sign in again multiple times. Or just stay in signing into microsoft but doesnt load... I just want to play with friends. Can you please fix this issue. I've been trying to connect for hours now. I already restarted my console and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. It still doesnt work.
