Can't add a card to my mojang account

I can't add a card to my mojang account. I was told to submit this as a bug by customer support. This is the error message that I got:

IllegalArgumentException: There was a problem processing your credit card, please double check your data and try again.
I have tried multiple credit cards and none of them work
