"Failed to Download" Minigame/Adventure Resource packs on realms.

When my friend tries to join my minigame he can't download the custom texture pack to play. (when in minecraft, before joining the world he sees an alex face instead of my skin)

 

P.S. He has to close the Minecraft launcher through task manager to let minecraft load.
