Can't access Realms Plus content

I bought a Realms Plus subscription for my son using the Switch. Everything was fine for a few hours. Now, however, we can access the realm but all templates in the marketplace say the subscription is expired even though it's only a couple of days old. Additionally previously created worlds using Realms Plus templates are unavailable and tell us the subscription is expired. One of the templates we purchased before even getting a Realms subscription is also unavailable for the same reason. This is the case when he logs in via the switch or his Android Tablet.
