Command block "always active" and "Needs redstone" backwards.

When you place a command block the selection for "needs redstone" and "always active" are backwards. If you want it to require redstone to work you have to set it to "always active" but if you want it to work WITHOUT redstone, you have to set it to "needs redstone".
