i can't connect to my friend's world

hello, yesterday i bought minecraft windows 10 edition, i try to play with my firend in his world, but i couldn't and it shows a screen with this sentence "impossible to connect to this world".

into external server i can log, so thisn't a connection problem, have any idea to resolve this?
