Realm not working

I tried getting the free 30 day version of realms and it did not work. So I purchased a month and the transaction went through but I get an error. " Your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create your Realm right now. We will create your realm as soon as possible. Check back later on this "Playstation 4" system.  I have seen this error on many question boards so I'm wondering if it will be fixed anytime soon or should I request my money back?
