Error -429

I've recently ran into problems with my realm regarding a problem, that I assume is a clientside problem. The problem occurs at random when I play realms. One minut it's completely fine and everything is working, but when you then try to reconnect it pops up "(Error (-429)". But then 10 mins or an hour goes by and it works again, which leads me to believe that is a clientside problem.

Mojang if you see this please don't ignore this problem, but do something about it. This is a problem that i know for a fact that im not the only one experiencing, so please try to fix it.
