I cannot log into, reset, or upload to my realm

Hello I am having issues with my realm that I subscribe to, I cannot join or reset it. I attempted to reset it several times with no luck, I have tried to duplicate a local server to it several times with no luck. At this point I am paying for a realm I cannot access. Please help. When I attempt to join it says "failed attempting to join realm. Please try again later."
