Not showing that i own realms when i bought it and it tells me to buy it as if i didnt already

I bought realms plus on switch and it hasnt shown up that i own it yet. It says that Some thing went wrong and that it couldnt create my realm. but even worse, it doesnt show that i even own realms plus! It tells me that I have no active subscriptions! It might just be that the realms are full, but i think this is a bug. Mojang, please fix this problem soon, and if you can't please give me a refund. Also, I'm on nintendo switch.
