Gamemode 0/1 cheats enabled but its NOT working

Hello,

unfortunately I'm not able to use any commands such as /gamemode and co even though I'm OP and server owner. This started happening since 20th of December and it still not working.

Please let me know what to do. What I should do and whom I can get in touch regarding a fix?

Also I was trying to download the world to my PS5 but it does NOT finish the download and it stuck at 685MB of 750MB.

It says "Cheats are not allowed in this level"
