Minecraft mashups not working on realms

So I was trying to make a realm with jungle zoo the mashup by pixel heads and when I went to say create on realms it said that I had to pay 10 dollars and when I did I loaded the realm and it had none of the mashup content and I did this a second time and spent another 10 dollars and it still didn't work so I would really like this fixed for the mashups not appearing. In total I basically got scammed 20 dollars because I only wanted to create the realm so me and my friends can play that mashup.
