I cant replace a world i want on the Realm

Hi, so my Realms plus subscription ran out a while back and i decided to download the realm world and play offline, now that i extended my subscription i wanted to update my world on the realm by replacing it with the world i downloaded and played offline but it keeps giving me an error saying it cant find a place to save my world to and that  i should check my internet connection. When i tried to replace it with another world that i have it worked fine now i tried lots of times and sometimes there isnt even the internet error message just straight up loads the old world without replacing it even after it says level export successful.
