Cured Zombie Villagers Not Giving Discounts

So I cured a zombie villager in my realm but he didnt give any discounts. It spawned naturally and I put a name tag on him and cured him. I did some testing in a different world and it gave me discounts. Not sure if its a realm thing or a bedrock thing. Figured I'd post here just in case.
