Bee's do not leave their hives.

Since 1.16.100 was released bee's have not been leaving their hives. The farm I built was working before 1.16.100. I can get the bees to com out if I use silk touch to pick up Hibe them put it back down but once the return to hive they do not come back out. I have 20 hives in one chunk. I tried reducing hives in area. But doesn't mater the number bees still do not leave the hives.
