Realm cannot be created right now

I purchased a realm and paid for it. I paid my money up front for it. To you. Funnily enough I expected a realm to be created.

Then an error message comes up saying my realm cannot be created and I should check back later.

This has happened to me before and I haven't tried for months to buy a realm.

Step by step?

Try to buy realm
Pay money
Find that realm cannot be set up for unspecified reasons.
Knock your head against a brick wall coming here for support. It will be weeks until you reply. I need this set up NOW.

I am not going to go searching around on here for help or information. This aspect of the game I have played for years isn't working.

I've made many other purchases. My money to you. Your turn to fix this.
