Realms can't retain resource pack

Every time I enable certain resource packs for my realm they instantly get deleted as soon as I finish "applying packs...'. It seems like it mostly affects shaders, not one specific shader but shaders as a whole. No matter what way I apply them or what steps I do afterwards the pack just disappears from the realm. This issue has been happening to me for about 4 months or so, I have just finally gotten annoyed enough to make my first bug report ever for Minecraft.
