Ink Sacs from Wandering Trader cannot be used for crafting.

Ink Sacs from Wandering Trader are not able to be used for black glass and/or concrete, and they can't be turned into black dye either.  Ink sacs from squids can be used but Ink sacs from a wandering trader can't be used.
