Unable to successfully download realms plus subscription

I have two iPads. Both of which are logged on with the same Apple ID and have Minecraft on them. One iPad uses the gamer tag “baddystorm” and has the $7.99 Realms plus subscription which works perfectly. The other ipad uses the gamer tag “ghundhustrike” and currently has TWO $3.99 realms plus subscription - neither of which gives us realms plus access. Both gamer tags charge to the same Apple ID account. In my initial ticket submission, I included two screenshots of the error messages I keep seeing on the iPad with the gamer tag “ghundhustrike”. The generic link you provided does not help me resolve the connectivity issue I seem to be experiencing with both the $3.99 subscription. I have not been able to use either one of the $3.99 realms plus subscription, so am not sure how or why it shows as active on your end. I am essentially being charged for subscriptions that I am unable to actively use. Just as an additional information, I am able to successfully purchase and use “lucky block race” mod separately under the gamer tag “ghundhustrike”. Also, gamer tag “ghundhustrike” has previously played in a  realms plus world as an invitation to play with gamer tag “baddystorm”. Ghundhustrike has not been able to directly access any of the mods as part of the $3.99 realms plus subscription.
