minecraft realms internal exception java.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host

i started a realm on 1.16.4 so me and my friends can play but it keeps kicking me saying 
internal exception java.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host
i join play for a minute or two and than get kicked
