my friends cant connect to my realm after renewal

I have renewed my subscription for minecraft realms plus and ever since my friends have been unable to join my realm. It asks them to ensure the subscription for the realm is renewed, which it is. This has been going on for several weeks.

 

I would like a refund for the month that i paid for.
