Realm server resets after logging out, unable to reset or upload new world

After hosting my own private server for a while I decided to purchase a realm to allow a few additional friends on console to join, It initially took several attempts to upload the world but it eventually uploaded. The issue came when I first logged in and saw I was in a completely different location with a random inventory, I've attempted to reset and re-upload the world and several different backups multiple times and from different computers and internet connections, still no luck. Constantly displays error 'unable to find location to upload world, maybe check your internet connection' 

In this state the Realm is unplayable as all progress is lost once logged out and I'm unable to reset the server.
