Minecraft items disappearing on worlds and realms when enter like a new player

Every oncee and awhile, I'll enter my minecraft realm on minecraft bedrock for PE, and all my items will be gone, and i spawn next to my bed.  it may have to do with my xbox account, but it keeps the username, and when I go into the xbox app, its kinda broken.
