mobs spawning

A lot of mobs have been spawning on normal so we set it to easy and it's still spawning 3 at a time. This has only happened on this specific realm, all other realms I've been on the normal difficulty is fine and there's not too many mobs. 

When we set it on easy it felt like nothing has changed and it still felt the same as it was on normal
