Realm says subscription ended, but it hasn't

I am not sure why this is happening but when I open my Realm settings to renew my subscription, it doesn't let me, even though it says it has "0 Days Remaining." But right below info after pressing manage subscription, it clearly states: 14 Days Remaining. I can also log onto the Realm, so it is clearly not closed. My screenshots are in the attechments.
