There is no way for me to access my newly purchased Realms world in minecraft java. I have tried going over every single troubleshoot on the FAQ homepage, and mojang support reached out to with only the same list of FAQ's.

Whenever i attempt to access my Realm i get this message:

"Connection Lost Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

Note that i am able to access the realm for a short period of time, but i am unable to interact with anything. I am stuck in an elytra flying animation, and i am only able to stay on the server for about 20 seconds before being kicked and shown the message above.
As i have tried all the troubleshoots and youtube video guides, i do believe this is a bug
