Can't log into Minecraft PE. Just keeps saying it can't log into MSFT account.

So, I think I am bedrock edition. v1.16.101. For the past week or so, I cannot log into the PE for one of the accounts on my Kindle Fires. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged into the Xbox game pass with the MSFT account. It just keeps saying that you tried to log me into the MSFT account but somehting went wrong. It only seems to be affacting one account, not all of our accounts.
