Huge lag, things disappearing, unable to interact with the world, unable to connect

This is happening for every player in our realm for about two weeks now.  The realm is unplayable.  The bugs since the update have made a big lag, makes things like Villagers, animals , mobs etc invisible to some players but not others, and most players are unable to access the realm at all
