Item Duplication

Noticed today on our realm that it is possible to duplicate beacons. This occurs when it is placed and then broken with a silk pickaxe. The same thing happens with cauldrons, furnaces and jukeboxes (and no doubt other items yet to be discovered) Ive noticed.

It could possibly be related to the echest issue too where when you break the chest with silk pick, you get the echest back and 8 obsidian every time.
