I am banned from the chat in my realm

Every time I talk in my chat on my realm it is only hashtags. This is mine and my husbands realm that we pay for and play with our adult friends. I don’t see the need to sensor me when nothing I said was inappropriate let alone between friends of mine. Please fix this. Thank you.
