PlayStation get error WS-43689-0 when try to purchase Realm subscription

I'm trying to purchase a realm plus subscription so that some of my friends can play it, I'm on ps4 and when trying to buy it, the following pops up, "An error has occurred." I don't what to do about it. I tried deleting and reinstalling it. Unlinking my account and Relinking it, but nothing works. Tried searching for results online but nothing came up helpful, Idk what to do
