Hostile mobs spawn in daylight and don't burn.

Basically a bug that makes mobs spawn in broad daylight and not burn. I was on my friends realm when I slept and when it was day it was still somewhat dim at midday and mobs spawned as if it were night and mobs wouldn't burn in the light. Even though I tried to sleep again it wouldn't fix it.
