Realm Crashing

My gamertag is GeeDubGee. The Realm is owned by me.

My brother (KOHLBEAR) can join and play in the realm like normal, but our friend (CronBallin) cannot.

Each time he tries to join the realm it will kick out whoever is currently in and won't let him join. I have had him reset his Xbox, reinstall Minecraft, made sure his NAT type was OPEN, and also had his privacy changed to "appear online" with no improvement.

He is able to join a server and play just fine. I believe he logged out last inside of the nether, and he is the first person on the realm to do so. I have been crashing after entering the nether as well, however after a re-launch I am able to join back no problem.

Hopefully this is an issue that can be resolved. The better together update isn't much without your friends involved.
