Minecraft crashes when I load up my Realm on my xbox 1

Every time I try to load up my realm on my Xbox 1, it completely crashes my game.  I have tried restarting Minecraft, closing and opening the realm, reverting back to a previous world save, and even deleting and reinstalling Minecraft.  Nothing worked.

Sometimes it says I cannot connect, and tells me to check my Wi-Fi connection, but my Wi-Fi is okay, and then when it does not do that it still completely crashes my game.  I can still change all the settings of the realm though, so I still have access to it, I am just not able to play on it.  

 When I had reinstalled Minecraft and got on it, it said my realms subscription had expired, yet it did not, but I remember when I launched Minecraft after the update came out (A small one that was after 1.16 came out, so assumingly it was a bug fix update) it said I had been upgraded to Realms plus, which I thought I already had.  I have a good feeling this is a bug, and I do not know what I should do.  

 I have been emailing cobble (Minecraft's help), and they referred me to a few places, and lastly here.  None of the fixes stated helped me, so I think I have managed to achieve a new level of stupid.  

 Cobble said there has been activity on the realm, but me and another friend of mine (Canineseal (with some numbers I can't remember)) who want to play on it cannot.  I see that there have been previous world saves, yet I cannot see who is on at a given time without logging in, which I cannot do.

The realm's name is The World of Tomorrow.
