Minecraft scammed four times...

So I was trying to myself a realm on the minecraft.net site. I put all my informations in, and when I was paying it, it said "ERROR" and that the purchase did not work. So I tried 4 different times, and it said the same thing over and over, and now I find out 10mins later that they took the money even tho the site said "ERROR" what are you guys doing... Besides that I haven't even received my realms and I am still not able to play it... I want my money back...
