Unable to access Realms Plus skins, worlds, or texture packs

I signed up for Realms Plus back on 11/15 and I have not been able to access any of the included marketplace items.  I have logged out of the game and signed back in but I'm still not able to download anything under Realms Plus.  Every time I try to access any market place items it keeps prompting me to sign up for Realms Plus.  

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
