Minecraft will shut off my Xbox One X randomly.

I have been playing Minecraft on my Xbox One X, I cannot identify what makes it happen. It randomly happens. It will shut off my console, it will just end the game, it will freeze then shut off my console. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
