Cellular data not working to connect Realms

After the new update i couldn't connect to my friends realm, before the update i can connect to my friends realm with out any issues using only cellular data, now i find a way to bypass to join again by using the links where his code is listed, but not in minecraft app it self. As shown on the pictures attached, it constantly asking me to use wifi to join realm.
