TP command now causing death

I have a setup in my survival realm with a small hub you can teleport to using command blocks. Before the update everything worked fine, but now when you teleport there it causes immediate death on the forst try, and then usually loads correctly the second time. Maybe an altitude thing as the room is far underground and the server could be assuming fall damage
