Realm no longer loads. Crashes back to Xbox home

I’ve had the update applied on my Xbox and my sons switch today and neither can access the realm. My Xbox just crashes back to the Xbox home screen and my sons switch hangs. Everything was fine this afternoon until this update. I can open normal saves but not the realm. Please can this be fixed
