Can't Open, Replace, or Reset Realm

I paid to renew my realms subscription, but every time I try to open the realm it fails. I have tried replacing it with another world and resetting it, but nothing works. When I try replacing it, it looks like it is going to work but then it loads for about 10-15 minutes and the game crashes. The days are counting down until the subscription expires, but I am not able to access my world.
