Realms Teleportation Bug in Survival

I found this bug by accident, I've been able to successfully reproduce it multiple times without fail.

 

Teleportation Bug in Survival (Realms)

1. Start a Single Player world in Creative with the same seed as the Realm.
2. Back out into the main menu and go to Realms.
3. Start connecting to the Realm, but before you get into the server back out into the main menu and quickly hop into your Single Player creative world.
4. Once you load in, you should see the sky flashing between night and day, this means it worked.
5. You can now fly freely around the world in Creative. Land somewhere and log out.
6.  Go back into the Realm, you should now have "teleported" to the spot you landed at in Creative.
